look mom! a mooter scooter!
while driving to school yesterday morning braidyn and i were just talking in the car. all of a sudden this was our conversation...
braidyn: "look mom! a mooter scooter" (as a motorcycle drives by)
me: "wow, you see a mooter scooter?"
braidyn: "yeah, a mooter scooter." (as in, duh mom, haven't you ever seen one before?)
me: (while trying SO hard not to laugh...or correct her) "wow! that's a cool mooter scooter, i wish i had one!"
braidyn: "yeah, me too, mooter scooter's go FAST!" but mommy goes fast too, but only to the speed limit." (she's real big into the speed limit, and she'll tell you what it is too. she's like a back seat cop.)
i guess you had to be there, but i never wanted to forget that conversation about mooter scooters!
not sure what this was all about...
we took braidyn and mali swimming the other day and when we put mali in the water she made the funniest face - it was like she was frozen solid, but loving it - anyway, here are some pics, hope they make you laugh!

story time with braidyn
we had a super fun playdate with our friends jill and ty the other day. it got really quiet in ty's room so we went to see why...and this is what we found! little miss b reading (or singing) stories to her sweet friend ty!

braidyn's new thing...
braidyn has decided that she is now qualified to carry mali everywhere. mali hated it at first (as seen in the picture) but has now decided that it's kinda cool having a personal forklift around every time you need to go somewhere. its actually quite entertaining!
oh, and sorry the video is sideways, i will be more careful about how i hold the camera when i take videos :)

learning about Jesus...
just a little "shout out" to beth, tim, barb, sandy, chelsey, lindsay, and mary. you guys are amazing at what you do and i am so thankful that God is using you to pour out His love on our little ones. thank you for teaching my baby girl about Jesus!
b with long hair
so we went to visit our good friends who own a salon and b wanted a long haircut - so nolberto gave her just what she wanted - a long haircut!!
he straightened her hair and she looked so different!

corn ba cob
i'm sure you're probably wondering why i have posted a picture of corn on the cob ... well, braidyn loves eating corn on the cob but always calls it "corn ba cob" and i didn't ever want to forget that because i think it's hilarious - and we always write "cornbacob" on the grocery list when we need it - so, enjoy a picture of perfectly grilled "corn ba cob"!!
