Madison's Birthday Party

Madison's 6th Birthday was on Saturday, September 22nd so we took advantage of the opportunity to take some family photos! Here is Mali with Nana and Papa Josh, Aunt Angela, and Uncle Clay. Braidyn and Maddy took a break from the super fun jumper/slide and smiled for a quick pic! And, Nana got a shot of Chris and I because we're not even on our own family blog...well, here's our debut!

Mali Power!!

So Mali decided to start sleeping through the night three nights ago! She's a champ and we're SO excited to finally have our sleep back! These pictures were taken the first morning she slept through the night. I thought it was funny because it was like she was saying "I did it!" She went from 10pm to 7am, and I even had to wake her up! We're so proud of our little Mali!!

The State Fair!!

We took the Braister and the Malinater to the New Mexico State Fair yesterday and had a blast! We went to the petting zoo where we saw lots of different animals. B got to feed some goats (even though she told Mimi they were sheep)! Mali basically slept the whole time except for the occaisional feeding! At the end B got to eat some sticky cotton candy!

We also rode several rides in the midway! Mommy had to give Braidyn a little chat about waiting in lines first because she was just so excited! We went on flying bees, a big red rocket (like The Little Einsteins - her favorite!) and baseball clowns, the carousel, and a Flinstones ride! We had a fabulous time!

The Trampoline!!

We got B a trampoline at the beginning of summer and she loves to bounce away every day! Now that mommy doesn't have a baby in her tummy anymore, she gets to play too! We like to have family time out on the trampoline and everyone takes turns doing their tricks...it's a good ol' time!

































And, of course, it gives us CRAZY HAIR!!!

Playing Together

Mali likes to sit back and relax in her bouncer and watch the fishies and the bubbles. Braidyn decided to give her some company and show her how to play! She's such a sweet big sister!!

Breakfast Hogger

So we had Chris' parents and brother over the other morning for breakfast because they were in the process of moving into our neighborhood (yeah!!) and they didn't have any food at their new place. We made bacon, eggs, and pancakes and it was delicious! While dishing up our plates, B decided to get her pancakes all by herself. Well, you can see that she was hogging all of our breakfast. We made her put some back, but she did end up eating 3 pancakes, 2 slices of bacon, and a generous portion of eggs...that girl is growing!!

Working with Daddy

The Malinater was just hangin' with her daddy as he was trying to work the other day. She was just chillin' in his lap and loving every minute of it!

B's New Toy!

We purchased a "Little Einstein's" tv show for our iPod and got B this cool holder and headphone set. We gave it to her yesterday and she LOVES it! We couldn't pry it out of her hands! This is her enjoying her new toy!

Crazy Hair!!!

B decided to pull her pigtails out today and this is what we were left with. We couldn't pass up a photo shoot!
