just a little view from our backyard. balloons fly right over our house, it's pretty crazy, this one actually got pretty close.
this is the wwjd balloon. it says wwjd on one side (what would jesus do) and wdjd on the other (what did jesus do). i love that there are balloons flying in the sky proclaiming the message of our Lord and Savior!
this one landed on the street adjacent to ours.

you can see the fire in this one...they saw my camera and wanted to show off - thanks guys for giving me such a great pic!
b gets an amazing view on the way to school these days. they were pointing out their favorite balloons before they got in the car, they got to see all of the balloons that landed in the neighborhood, and got to see them flying - all on the way to school!

so missing balloon fiesta and the breakfast burritos that went with it. i too remember standing from the backyard watching them fly over in the morning. thanks for the memories

ok, i'll play along! six random things about myself:
1. i hate being barefoot in the house so i'm always wearing slippers or slipper socks (with grippies of course).
2. i rub my ear when i'm tired, bored, or concentrating. hey, you said random.
3. my lov and i are going to kc next week for a much needed getaway.
4. i'm sitting here waiting to get a call from chris so see if his store is opening today or not. we're praying it's a go!
5. chris and i won a balloon ride through an at&t contest.
6. we got up at 5:45am to go to said balloon ride that was cancelled due to high winds. but we enjoyed the balloon fiesta anyway...look for new posts on that soon!
